I'm sure this has been discussed before but I'd like to clear it up once and for all........!
I noticed some paint bubble/rust just above my rear bumper so I rang Cotswold BMW (Cheltenham) body shop. They informed me that the paint warranty is only 3 years...... Surely this isn't right?! When I questioned them about it being 6 years they simply said "I don't know where you heard that - it's always been 3!" Anybody with any experience of this please......? -------------

Thanks people. Robert Stern have just informed me about the 12yr anti-corrosion warranty - only thing being my car was registered Oct 2001! But they have said they will have a look so I'll see what happens -------------

IIRC they had 6 year anti corrosion then, so yours is still inside that, just. -------------
