I know of a few places around there as i'm sure a few of the others do too, I can't remember of the top of my head about parking though I will make a couple of calls to a few mates.

Hiya Gents,
Wow, really impressed with the interest here. I know of a good place, one that the jap import boys use. Its a pub in Bolney, M25- M23, junction after crawley. Quite a large impressive car park, pub, food etc etc. Or Boxhill, Dorking. LArge car park, food, however this meeting point is rather popular for other groups and space isnt as bountiful as you think. Or Maderia Drive Brighton, lots of space, food, drinks, BIRDS :-) hahaah.
Seems like a day / time could be hard. Obviously, I reckon its got to be a weekend, I for one, dont finish work till late and meeting would be hard.
So, lets as a weekend sometime. Im pretty much free any Saturday.

Simon,
Bolney would have been good (it's only a couple of miles from me ), but it's currently closed (new management I believe). I don't think it re-opens until September and apparently they have already said 'No' to the Jap import meet. I suspect they are not car friendly like the previous management.
I have had this place put forward as a possibilty:

Apparently got a big car park and are Biker friendly, so should be okay with a collection of BM's. Looks good to me anyway.
Cheers,
Ian.

Is it worth setting provisional day / date for the Sussex meet so people have something to work around?
If there's any choice can we avoid the bank holiday weekend ?
Rgds

That's the same day as the Car Club Festival at Gaydon.
If you choose that day we will miss both
Sunday 5 Sept is a big Coupe meet at Brooklands near Weybridge.
I know it a long way off but how about Sunday 19 September? Everybody should be back from holidays and stuff like that.
