Guys,

The 8am chunnel on Friday morning sounds good. I'll probably travel down on the Thursday from Aberdeen and overnight somewhere near for the Chunnel (or maybe with one of my brotherz in Brentwood/Colchester)

I've emailed the Haus Marvin guesthouse and am waiting for a reply.

Cheers

Steve

Ur more than welcome to tag along.

Last i heard about 60 M3's though we'll never know till we get there. Suppose it's just a big meet with a large track to travel round.

If your serious about driving on the ring just get your car checked over to make sure everything works by someone who knows about the car or your normal mechanic.

So then that could be 7 of us then.

Haus Marvin were desparately slow in responding to e-mails and confirming.

You might want to try this e-mail address:-

rcwtom, have some tape with you to cover the front lights. DO NOT buy the stickers offered by the ferry/tunnel people. Seems like a real bargain to me. £10 for a set of plastic stickers! When I first moved to the UK I used some plaster out of my first aid kit. It lastet for 6 month!

m3cecotto,

Thanks for the email address - is this another guest house?

As for lights, why not just turn the setting back to RH driving position? It's just three screws (but mind you it means dismantling the headlights I think - I'll have a look).

By my count, that's now 8 cars!

Are we agreed now on the 8am chunnel on the Friday morning?

If so, Is it necessary to pre-book it?

That's correct. I will just book an overnighter ticket and return with a day trip with sea france. Does anybody know how we could coordinate all this? Would be great if we could stay togehter for the trip. For the count, it will be one more. Dave G will join us as well. I have spoken with one of the german guy's and they are really looking forward to meeting us.

Uwe

We are all going to travel out together. We may all come back at different times. I suppose if we all book our own tickets, but just all book for 8am chunnel out. I know with the chunnel the ticket has times but are fairly opened for the date of the return.

Alternatively we could get everyones email address and ddiscuss it off the forum.

Any other idea's????
