Time to move on so my 1992 E34 is up for sale.

Theres some pictures in my thread here, and some slightly better ones here

Its a 520i, just over 190,000 miles on the clock.
Taxed till 7/10, and NCT is valid till 3/11

I had the head gasket done approx 18-20K miles ago.

There is a small ding in the back passenger door, but it's not scratched. The exhaust is a little noisy, but I'll get that fixed up if I get the asking price.

I have the cream dash to match the leather interior, but never fitted it. I also have a spare bonnet, front bumper and grille.

Car is in Kilkenny, or I can meet in Waterford if needs be

I'm looking for in or around the €1000 mark

Actually, would anyone care to offer an opinion on whether I'm being unrealistic on the price?

I know I said in my initial post "around €1000" but I would have been prepared to accept €750-€800, would that still be excessive for a car of this age/mileage?

Spocker - I don't think your price is unreasonable but I think the e34 is just at the point where its starting to fall out of the zone of being a daily driver, based on age and mileage.  That limits the number of potential buyers.

Many buyers of something as a second car or toy will look at coupe's, convertibles, etc. as something different to what they are using on a daily basis.

Get it on DoneDeal, Buy&Sell, etc. and you may get a better result.  You only need one buyer.

Now: BMW 523i SE '00, 318i SE - e91 '07, 325i Coupe '93.

Prev:
e46 328i SE Touring, 330Ci, 318Ci.
e39 523i SE.
e36 325i Coupe *2, 323i SE, 316iSE.
e30 325iSE 2dr, 320i Conv, 320i 2dr, 316i.
