Sorry to hijack this thread again, but I want to go back to the acronyms.

I just found an old “t” shirt the wife had made for me this morning and her acronym is “BMW”.

To her it means “BITE MA WANG”, this is what she says to me when we’re driving around and I see a nice BMW and as I start to talk that’s what she says!!!!!!!!

Ah, yes, but, how do you know its me that's calling you?

Before I can get my security number, surely you have to ask me loads, and loads, of questions? such as: -

place of birth

mothers maiden name

date of birth,

inside leg measurement

favourite colour

name of my dog/cat/goldfish/rabbit (delete as appropriate)

and..........

 

how do I know it's you I'm calling?

If you login with one browser (e.g. Firefox) and then log in with another (e.g. Internet Explorer), you will be logged out of the first (even though they both are on the same machine.
Also, when logging in, you may not have ticked the 'remember me'box.

I've found that if I log onto a second machine, it automatically logs me off on the first machine.

Another thing to try is to delete the site cookie

bm24v. Are you using more than one PC?

I log on at various PCs; home, work other locations.

Sometimes I'm logged out the site at some locations, for no apparent reason, but never logged off, at any time, by others. 

Up until recently I wasn't able to log on at all at work but that seems to have resolved itself with the new, bigger, better than ever site (thanks again Mods). 

Check your own internet settings on the PCs you use.
