With a family my weekends get booked out quickly, so it would be difficult for me to rearrange the next week as I am busy then.

Well, I was going to dap upto Gerry in Fife before this meet to get my Evo2 remapped and rectify the very lean idle and lean fueling upto 2500 RPM. (long story involving a faulty barometric sensor) I was looking forward to it especially as my car feels better than it ever has at the top end, but also I wanted to see Ewok on the rollers as personally I am very interestind in making the same mods with the Evo2 in the not too distant future (CF Airbox, BTB Ex man, etc)
I would struggle to get up there, although I would take a couple of days off and journey up there to have it done if the date doesn't change, I would appreciate a later date.
I'd like to hold a dyno day at my place of work in the not too distant future, although I wanted to combine it with some sort of track day here too. We are close to having a new state of the art dyno installed too.

Might be able to get a freelancer to take the Ewok up... not entirely sure that's such a good idea though
Suppose I could always come and do the first run in the morning and then scoot off to where I need to be and let a freelancer do the rest of the words.

Right, sorted.
Aaron is going to cover the event and I'll bring the Ewok just for the morning. Sorry, I know it seems rude to turn up and leave straight away but.. it's the best I can do

Yup, I'm going to cover it so put me down for a slot:
1986 E30 M3, standard except Milltek exhaust with (drum roll please) 300,000km on the clock.
I'd expect about 185bhp at the fly. And possibly to have the lowest reading of the day!

Aaron,
You should ask Tiff to try another M3, save all the Ka jokes!
300k blimey, has your chain snapped yet?

Last time I had it dynoed (about a year ago) it had about 185bhp and 172 lb/ft of torque which personally I think is pretty tidy.
Not to start the whole Fifth Gear thing off again but I will just reiterate that comparing my car to the leaderboard is somewhat unreasonable as I saw the absolute ragging the press cars get and the way they are chucked about. It's a bit like the old, what's the fastest car you've ever driven? Answer: a hire car!
But anyway, looking forward to meeting you guys!

Well, I have replaced it once in the past three years of ownership.
But a duplex chain will not snap...

Maybe we should get as SportKa on the rollers to see if Ford has mysteriously slipped a Cosworth engine in there

May not be able to make this with the Evo2, in the bodyshop right now and will probably get let down on when its gonna be ready. If not, I may bring the Sport Evo along.....Completely standard, engine done about 20,000 miles, 2.5ltr with 2.3 crank so not expecting 238BHP, but approx 220BHP . Currently on Superchipped ECU, but may have been mapped with a Unichip by the day? Standard BMW exhaust, cams, air plenum, AFM still fitted, standard!

Nick...
I still want to attend, but I have a job to do that doesn't finish until 8am that morning...
By the time I get home (to Reading) it will be 10.30-11am. That means
the earliest I could realistically be in Northampton will be about 1pm.
Is that gonna be too late? If so, I'll have to cry off...otherwise I'll dash it and be there as soon as is possible...

I couldnt say for sure really, I mean if there are enough people to fill up the time in between 9-1pm, then you may be able to get on at the end.

I'm going away for a few days so I thought I'd check to see if the event is still going ahead?
Cheers
