Topic: S14.de meet at the Nurburgring June 25/26 Posted: 29-May-2005 at 16:54 |
Hi, just posted PM reply to Toby (215m3) and given Toby my mobile number so contact can be made regarding meeting up with all the GB cars etc. Anyone else wants my number or want to PM their number then let me know.
Just to let you know booked hotel for 4 of us at the Lang in Altenahr, about 15-20km north of the Ring.

the s14 meeting was for the whole weekend Toby.
Actually it isn't really a organised meeting. It just happens that a few M3's are gathering at the same day

Shall we make a decision for when and where all the british cars can meet up, like the huge grass area where we spent a lot of time last year? just a thought as the S14 meet is not until the sunday, or was last year.

The Zur-Burg is approx 100-200 yards from the Pension Uwe booked but more importantly, they are both 100 yards from the Pistenklause
Sounds like there is going to be a good turn out of forum members, plus probably a few other M3 owners who just happen to be there that weekend. As Uwe said , just a pity Alan F is the only one missing from last years trip.
There's a little dead-end road just down from the Ring car park that I've seen being used for photo shoots in various mags, or we could do the old favorite at Brunnchen , something at the bottom of Nuerburg castle ....

Neither can I! It's good that all the people from last year are meeting up again. Shame AlanF can't make it .
I also looking forward to meet all the other people from this board.
We should try to get all the UK cars close togehter for some photo shoots. There is not only the RING to see, the country side around there has some nice twisty roads for some runs as well.

I agree Uwe and thanks for offering to organise a trip out in the countryside.

Dave, we will be at the Zurburg and it is staggering distance from where the others are staying.
Cheers

I`m booked at Zurburg hotel, how far away is this from where you guys are. Might as well all stay close togather.
Regards,
Dave.

OK, just spoken to the Landlord and sorted/confirmed bookings.
Double room booked for myself and a mate from Germany
Double room booked for Toby and SteveM
Single room for BMG
And 215DMX has done a booking himself.
That makes this Hotel fully booked. If you need a room let me know as the Landlord may be able to get you a room nearby.
