Wow, what tyres are you using?
I ask because John found that his front tyres rubbed on a seam in the
wheel arch, that was after he had modified the wheel arches.

John is running 235/40 17 so the overall size is pretty much on a
par, have you had any special work done to the wheelarches?

hi rob how are you, it is running a standard motor at the moment with a nice set of manifolds and no cats we dynoed one this week same spec but different manifolds and it done dave walkers rollers at 400bhp i will fit the big engine kit when the car as been fully sorted, but the car it came off made483 rwhp i think that is about 528 bhp at the fly wheel but there is a problem with the ecu at the moment so should have it sorted this week and it has took 5 months from start to finish, keep in touch

I met Wayne yesturday to collect some parts from him. I was stunned by how well this car looks. Unfortunately I didn't hear it, but I am sure it won't disappoint
I am even more confused now by what lump to fit to my SE shell, although the rest ie, brakes, suspension, roll cage and wheels on Waynes car are all the same as I was thinking. Although it makes sense to stick with BMW's powerplants (740 or latest 745i lumps) Waynes choice of engine really does make sense.
Fair play to the guy! Well done Wayne!
Oh! I don't think the pics do it much justice, although they do look good, viewing in the flesh is HIGHLY recommended!

Lordy, I think I've found a new 'ultimate car'. If you EVER need to sell it please call me first!
Amazing job, hope to see it (and hear it) at Gaydon. Top stuff.

What sort of monies are we talking about firstly for the engine etc and then to get it going.
I don't want to waste your time if it ends up being a lot of monies

Having just visited Wayne and his car I thought I'd put this topic on top again. Wayne and his car are so good they deserve to have this much coverage.
Thanks again Wayne for taking me out in it, just a shame about the weather. My brain now hurts from all the thinking on the way back to Holland, should I go for a similar set up or not? Would it be possible to build one during a vacation next year?
I would really like to know what it will be like to drive on a trackday. Or maybe I should wait for the LS7...
