Pretty much the same way as images. Get them hosted and then link to them. -------------

with the all new forum coming in a few weeks there will be the ability to upload files. However, due to the size of video and sound files, there may be a size restriction on these because if the pages (uploading the files) are taking too long to process by the server they will 'time out'. I'll see what I can do about it. You will know the new forum when it arrives!
