Hello, Gonna do a oil change on my 535 but not sure what to use, the car has done approx 129k. Wouild it be semi synthetic or fully synthetic? What oil do you use? Would be advisable to give it a good flushing?

Definitely a semi-synthetic for the M30 engine.
The guy who services my car always runs an engine flush through each time he does an oil change, doesn't seem to do any harm. Miles -------------
