Just to let you all know that the Wessex events will be posted up this week but I am just waiting on confirmation on a few, so have not posted anything up yet but can let you know we have a new event confirmed up at Castle Combe RSOC Swindon/Bristol Group on the 10th July 2004 visit http://www.rscombe.com/ to see what it all about. I will need numbers of who wants to attend to get paddock passes and tickets on the day are £10 and in advance £8. I will need these numbers this week to get a pitch.
I would also to introduce myself Tristan Glass also known on here as M3 Evo I am a new member to the Wessex Committee and am 31 years old and owned a BMW since 1998 when I purchased my first BMW 325i E36 which I have now sold and purchased my M3 Evo Convertible. I now live in Dorset after moving from Swindon, I see a few people on here are from Swindon. Well I hope to meet up with a lot of you soon at our events I will be posting the list of the new commitee members up on the Website very soon with the new events list for 2004 Tristan Glass Wessex Committee Member Events within the Wessex Region May 9th SW Event Show and shine Hestercombe gardens May 19th Wessex Event Pub meet 7.30pm Sir Walter Tyrell, Brook Lyndhurst SO43 7HD, May 29th SE Event Enfield Pagent of Motoring, Enfield June 3rd Wessex Event Pub meet 7.30pm Halfway Bridge, Petworth On A272 between Midhurst and Petworth June 12th Wessex and Goodwood, the Wessex region will Motorcycle Event be arranging a good gathering to compliment this motorcycle track day, there are still 7 car track places at £135 per car. I wont have a BMW byt then (i'm pretty sure anyway as i just paid off all by debts after the sale of my 206) but i may well come along in my 205 GTi and park in the car park  ------------- MattB E36 328i Sport in silver

Tristan Looking at your events. it looks like I can make a few of those. Will certainly get to the concours this year, could not attend last year due to being in Belgium. Should be able to attend at least one of the pub meets too. Would have liked to take the Z round Goodwood but unfortunately I have to work on Saturdays, but may still attend after finishing. Don't forget the Club's national AGM at Cosford Air Museum Saturday 8th May It has been listed in the events calendar in the magazine for ages, and club members will have had formal notice by post. ------------- Regards from Griff ---------------- Driving with the windows down is just NOT the same!
