FINAL PLANS! - with great help from bpbmwclub

Saturday Night - on the town
For those who are on the Saturday night raz and booked in at the B&B, I would recommend getting there approx 4pm... this gives us plenty of time to check in, grab a bite to eat, get changed and get out! - The plans for the night are - about 8 - 8:30ish we make our way to YATES... there we will meet up with the chief and co - I've been told it's the best side of town for all the pubs and clubs

Address of B&B: Tiffany's, Chine Crescent, West Cliff, Bournemouth, Dorset BH2 5LB Tel: 01202 551424 - click here for map

Sunday - The Meet!
APO will come to the hotel for 10.30 ish to convoy everyone staying at the B&B to the Fox & Hounds Pub for the Meet! Everyone who is driving down on the Sunday needs to get to the The Fox & Hounds, Canford Bottom, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 2EQ (a map can be found here) for approx 11:15am - 12:00 noon - earlier the better if you want food

The Venue
Hopefully, most people would have arrived by 11:30am - It has been arranged for the pub to open from 11.00 for coffee and teas but no beer till 12.00noon (non-drivers). We will be staying in the grounds of the pub car park for approx 2-3 hours - Joe from HTR will be coming down setting up shop for anyone interested in his amazing meet offers

Afterwords, approx 2:30 ish, we are going to take a 20 minute cruise to the New Forest (weather permiting)... here ample space and open grounds can be found for a more impressive photo shot!!!

Should the whether be against us, there are a few other options but we are all hoping for a fantastic day

Excuse me for asking, but what is the date of this event? I'd like to join in if the M6 is back from ML.

Hi Iain,

Sorry for the delay in replying, no excuse, just slow!

I'm still up for the karting, do you want a deposit yet?

Are you coming down to the Bournemouth meet on the 29th Feb then? usually a good turn out, less than a mile from my place!!!

Easy to find, quick blast down the M27, A31 through Ferndown, get to the beginning of the Wimborne by-pass and your there!

See ya

Mark
