The March Monthly meet sees us revisiting a favourite route into the highlands. Plans are to head up to the http://www.thegreenwellystop.co.uk/" rel="nofollow - Green Welly Stop for lunch.....they do amazing soup and cakes!! We will then return home over the http://scotland.forestry.gov.uk/forest-parks/queen-elizabeth-forest-park/dukes-pass" rel="nofollow - Dukes Pass . So meeting arrangements are..... Easties meet at Hermiston Gate outside Halfords to leave for 9.15 sharp. We will stop of at the http://www.moto-way.com/location/stirling" rel="nofollow - Stirling Services to meet up with anyone there and leave there at 10.00am sharp. We will then head to Lomond Shores at Balloch to meet up with the Westies and a coffee the we will aim to leave there by 11.15 to head for lunch! The route from there will be shared on the day. So usual script add your name and where you plan to meet us, ie Edinburgh, Stirling or Balloch! I plan to go to get fuel from Tesco in Musselburgh and will leave there at 8:40am which should get me to Hermiston Gait for approximately 9am and a 9:15am departure if anybody wants to do the same.

Thanks to everyone who came along today for the run today. The weather
turned out not too bad with wind, rain, sun, snow and showers! It was
good to welcome the new folk and I hope they all enjoyed it. We had a
nice run through to Balloch, from Stirling, where we met up with
everyone and then up the side of Loch Lomond and up to the Green Welly
for lunch, where there was a very interesting snow shower!!!  Then home via Callander where we unfortunately had to give the Dukes Pass a miss given the weather. But we can keep that for another time! So hope you all enjoyed it and we will see you next month! Cheers Issy
