I have for sale my 2001 on a "Y" E39 530d SE manual. The car has covered 140185 miles, the majority of which are mainly motorway miles,and will increase as it is my daily driver. The car comes with a full documented service history. The car is taxed until Feb 2014 and will come with a new MOT. I am the 3rd owner of the car. The first was an elderly gentleman from the Fife area of Scotland, the 2nd was a friend and neighbour of mine. Both the previous owner and myself are BMWCC members. I have owned the car for 4 years, the previous owner owned it for 3 prior to that. The car has the following equipment. Beige leather interior Nokia Bluetooth kit which interrupts the radio and is audible through the speakers. Multi functional steering wheel, with manual rake and height adjustment cruise control, individual climate control BMW business radio, 6 disc CD changer in the boot. Dynamic stability control Rain sensitive wipers Angel eye projector headlamps with jet wash Auto dim interior mirror Heated electric wing mirrors Electric windows Park distance control, front and rear The car has Goodyear Efficient grip tyres all round. with about 4/5mm of tread. I have replaced the MAF in the last 4 months along with the rear bushes and new Pagid front brake pads as well as disc's. There is slight rust at the bottom of the sill near to the front offside wheel arch as per the photograph along with some on the boot lock and rear nearside wheel arch. The usual stone chips are visible on the nose of the car given the motorway miles the car has completed. The car is extremely smooth in both ride quality and engine noise, with no rattles or bangs from either. This car does not suffer from the common swirl flap issue as it is a manual and therefore does not have them. This is well looked after and maintained car by a BMW enthusiast and I will be sad to see it go. However as I now have two dogs I need a touring.
