Anyone else like the look of the Irish track day?

What was clear is that they're a few steps further along that us but facing similar problems - why don't we set up a celtic connection where they attend our track days and we attend theirs...? That way both sides of the Irish sea can enjoy better turn out.. Article was written by Brendan Purcell and looks like Jeff H had a hand in getting this running.. The only big prob is that we would need to arrange accomodation for visitors.

Worth enquiring Dunc? You know me... any opportunity!

Any updates from Knockhill as to October's fixture?

P.S: I've secretly got the wife a performance driving day @ Knockhill so as to lure her into the pretrol web.. ha ha ha ha ha (cough) ha!!

Jon,

The Irish troops are more than welcome to pop over and join us and I have mentioned it in one of their activity threads and to KB. Hopefully some of them will come and join us in October

As for Scots going over to Ireland - based on what I've seen, they'd be made very welcome by the Irish gang. If you fancy going over, just post a thread here and see who else fancies it or mention it at a meet or even pass a brief article to Gary to ask the wider audience in the club mag?

Cheers,

Duncan
