Ok guys we need to get sorted for our stand at Gaydon. Its slightly different this year and my understanding of it is that the club has set aside 25 spaces for us again this year. We have been asked to provide 15 marshals so all volunteers will be gratefully received. I need the names asp so who's coming? Please add (Marshall) beside your name if you're willing to help out. It may also be worth adding (Friday) or (Saturday) to let other folk know which day you plan to travel down and we will raise a separate thread for each of the fri/sat convoys. The convoy is open to all. Only BMWCC members may display on the Scottish Stand and anyone who is not going to marshall will require to contact the office for a stand pass and wristband. Please PM me if you require any further info or if you want the hotel details. Cant wait!!  Attending - LIST UPDATED 12/8/10

me and the missus will be going this year again carry out and all lol be leaving on the friday this year hotel booked to so just need to get car ready and we r ready to go

As Paul said would be good to get a few more names on the list. Its a fab weekend and everyone i have spoken to is really looking forward to it. I now have the Marshall passes from the office and I am awaiting delivery of a new Scottish Region banner so we are good to go. I have suggested that it might be nice for the boys to wear kilts!  (tho its not compulsory!! )I hope everyone on the list has booked the hotel and I believe there are still rooms available if anyone is thinking about it. We are planning a wee jolly into Warwick on the Friday night for some food and a few  and I have been promised that Bigsix will show us his dancing skills  while bluebro wows us with his singing skills on the karaoke!!! Ok guys. The list is now fully updated now I have double checked it to my many PM's!! All marshals please note I have your tickets and will distribute once we are down there. We require to be on site at 7am ! Everyone else will require to get a regional stand ticket and wristbands from the office. From what I understand you wont get into the area until later. There are separate threads to arrange the meeting points for heading down. Please put your name down there if you intend to travel with the groups.
