Hi, I'm new to the forum, despite owning my M3 for over 2 years now.

I'm probably going to be using the forum for a bit of technical info from time to time on BMWs and I've been pointed in the direction of Bavarian Board by one of my work colleagues!

I've got an E46 M3 in Carbon Black with Imola Red leather.

Cheers,

Ross

It's a well known fact that the red interiored M3's are indeed the fastest!

Andrew - the go anywhere Astras you mean?  Isn't that what they're there for?? And as for the hand-holding, we E&P guys will just leave you civils to your strange customs...lol

Davytombstone, thanks for the comments mate and for the link you sent.  The grille badge stays I'm afraid but I'm interested in these depo's you speak of?  What are those?

Depo's are the smoked front indicators as seen on Davy's M3, very effective on a black car.

eBay is your best bet Ross but there are 2 different fitment types to look out for.

2001-early 2002 models had clip in indicators, 2002 onward models have screw in indicators.

No chance! They've not got enough cylinders! (E46)

Besides I can give E46 M3 owners a good scare with my car

ross, bluebro is right but the ones on my car are projector not depo. check ebay and see which ones you like best. most seem to prefer depo.

Cliff long time no speak mate - you're right, BMW ownership must be a prerequisite for working in Network Rail!

I applied for a job with Network Rail a couple of years ago.
I had an interview and was as far down the line as having a date to start training at Larbert and had been measured up for my safety/waterproof kit......................................then i failed the colourvision part of the medical.
