Hello everybody. Gaydon was excellant and thanks to Issy for feeding us all day. I couldn't believe it when Tommy told us it was a 7am start! It was good getting set up early but next year we will come down earlier to get the car properly cleaned. Maybe even bring the wee E30 next time.

Anyway, my sisters X3 diesel is 18 months old and done 8500 miles and has intermittently been putting a burning clutch/sulphur smell into the car during stop/start driving. It runs fine and the clutch is good but BMW can't find a problem with it. Anyone running a 2l diesel had similar? I know it is a strange one but thought i would ask anyway.

Ian

I asked my neighbour who has one, and he said he's never had a problem! His is a 57 with low mileage also! At least its still under warranty... I'd get it checked asap!!!

That's what I've told her to do. Just thought I'd ask. Thanks for the reply.
