Recommendations.

This is meant to be a list of services (motoring related), created by forum members, for the benefit of your fellow forum members.

There is one in every section, so please try and post in the relevant one.

As long as you have more than 100 forum posts, we don't mind if you or a relative own the business (if you have less than 100 posts, but consider your business should be included, contact one of the moderating team).

If discounts are available then great, but don't worry too much, its the good service/products we all want.

There must be absolutely  NO negative posts, as one bad experience does not necessarily mean a bad business

If you have a complaint, contact me (Nigel) directly, faliure to observe this particular point will lead to the immediate suspension of your forum account, (because we're worried about libel issues), so please, if you have an issue, just contact me.

Best Wishes

Nigel

http://www.bordermotorworks.co.uk/ - Border Motor Works - Strabane, NI

There are specialists a lot closer to me, but we get most of our genuine parts (and advice) from Bobby and his team for years now. Can't recommend highly enough.

+1 for www.accarsales.com - AC Car Sales ; I get all of my parts from them.

www.autoelectricalconcepts.page.tl - Auto Electrical Concepts in Galway for anything electrical, audio, security, or oddball.  He can also arrange diagnostics.  Does a huge amount of work for the various dealers in Galway, such as Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus, Toyota, Skoda, and so on.  Also does things like navigation lights and other electrics on boats.  087-1376173 (Jeremy)

www.bradley.ie - Bradley Motor Works for anything mechanical; they're the Galway Jaguar and Land Rover dealers, and they've supplied us with several vehicles and done all of our servicing for years.  Top notch.  091-770909 (Pat)

Ballybrit Exhaust and Tyres for, obviously, tyres and exhausts.  Also do brakes.  Consistantly good prices and service.  091-760760 (Karol)

I'll add more to this post as I come across them.
