Hi, I have a mate who works in the industry and he has a contact who is selling off 4 early V8 M3's (the guy's leasing company is going bust). So anyway they are just over 15 months old, very early 4litre V8 models with around 24k on the clock and he's looking for £16k for them... This seems rather cheap... no? Suspiciously so? -------------

Payments in cash only? Liquidation of assets before the OR/Administrators get there hands on them. -------------

Hmmm, if the leasing company is going bust, if the M3's are leased out by the said company, then surely it is illegal to sell them as they are the property of the leasing company and not your mate?? I had a similar offer a while back but they were on offer from the lease company themselves. It turned out to be utter ball rubbish and was certainly too good to be true.
