Got a job done on the car today, with the following results...

They spent an hour on the alloys alone!  Well pleased with it.

It's a pre-facelift 1998 (R reg) e39 520i; the exhaust is buried under the bumper!

I simply don't have enough time to do a proper job on it myself, so I supplied them with the polishes and told them what I wanted.  The reason I got it done was because I wanted the car looking top notch for Al and Richies opening today but, as ye saw, the car was manky by the time we got to Dublin!

The crowd who did it do a great mini valet, with de-tarring, for €35.  The job they did for me cost a bit more, but was well worth it.

Car looks really good there, good dark black, would you not consider dechroming to mean it up some more ?

You can get a type of tape that makes it a cheap job. Great help - I don't even know the name of it myself !

Very nice! been lookin for a decent valet place here in Gallimh & I believe you got this done in Westside? Maxol? cool! down the road for me... speaking of good deals & good work more like, I have a new garage, bit outta town past Clarinbridge but this guy IS good & VERY competitive! he's Polish & knows his Beamers, Mercs etc... have his number if anyone wants it
