I need to change my AFM - the rev's are hunting for the first two minutes or so on start up - is this just a plug and play device, or once installed does it need some form of callibrating?

On a brighter note, I had the car MOT'd last week. It was last serviced in June 2005 and it passed first time with only one minor advisory. Good result, especially for a car of 18 years with 190k on the clock.

The AFM does need setting up on an exhaust gas analyser.

Check your cold start valve - it may be sticking.

Nice going with the MOT!
