If anyone ever sees or has RLE (Z1) or 323i E21 Alpina bits they want to get shot of or can point me at, I'd be grateful.

there was, many moons ago, an e21 C1 2.3 (gen) Baur that was sitting in someones garage. I can't find the details but that would have been a cracker!

If I find any parts, I'll let you know spokey!

Hi spokey.   We got most of the parts on ebay (Germany)  I am always browsing on there so will let you know if anything crops up. The decals we had made and can get more made in any colour, was a bit pricey though.

M3AG, do you know how many baur alpinas were made, I thought there was only the 1?

Hi What do you want

I have a gear knob, and new spoiler unfited plus another spoiler made from carbon fibre, for most of the performance stuff it is cheaper to buy new alternatives, but for accessores ebay.de is the best although W&N have new spoilers, wheels and steering wheels.

worth keeping an eye on here too.... the alpina registers parts for sale section

sometimes the official  http://www.alpina.de - alpina.de website comes up trumps with sales of overstocked parts

I really wish you hadn't posted that site, Stephen. I've got the horn for an E38 6.0 E-cat.
