How do you remove the inner door trim parts on a 1985 635. I have managed to get mose of the screws out (including the one behind the wing mirror control).

It seems to be stuck around the rubber handle itself, and a plastic lug at the bottom left of the door, near the A-pillar/ footwell - I dont want to pull anything or prize off anything
