I have searched the archives and can't find any conclusive evidence....So I am asking those of you with adjustable roll bars, what settings are you currently using for your roll bars?? I am using standard springs and Bilstiens and need some help on how to set the darn things up! Cheers people........... Trying to save the skin on my knuckles basically!

I don't think you will get THE setting from someone else. It all depends on your personal preference, this is why the adjustable. Start at the softes setting and drive for a while. Once you are used to it, change front (or rear first) only to the hardest setting and drive it again (but apply some sense, don't floor it round the first bend ).
By doing this you will find out how the car reacts and adjust to your liking.
Hope that helps
