Finally dusted off the camera and took a few shots at the gates to the Turlough Hill power station...

Great car. I used to have one in black. The twin cam engine is unique and a pleasure round the twisty bits. It was the first car i had with a bit of poke in it. I spent a week i'll never forget ripping around the kerry mountains a couple of years ago. Did you think of getting clear lenses? Makes all the difference in silver and i don't think they are too expensive........ |

Cheers guys I was amazed when the sun came out and it's usually a 20 min drive up into the hills from my gaff (well it would've been, except for that learner driver crawling along at 20mph @Dergside yeah it's a UK import, how did you guess? @Beire same here, it's my first half-decent car and loving the extra poke (now I need more power!). I'm planning to get the clear front indicator lenses, side repeaters and M3 tail lights. Where would you get some nice 17s - I was thinking M3 Style 39 maybe or AC Schnitzer Type II / III replicas- but I'm open to suggestions. ------------- OwenW - E36 318is |

Lovely car Owen, have you tried putting different wheels on the car with photoshop or something similar, usually its a great help when you're unsure. You are near that crowd in Arklow, whose name escapes me at the minute, but you probably know them, its a tyre and wheel place, very good they are too, I think they are the distributor for BG Goodridge tyres too. ------------- Regards, BeemerBen ----------------- To Err is human, to Moo Bo-vine! |

Saw a great machine in a wheel shop in Australia once; you select your car make, model and colour, and then you can add in all the wheels and tyres they have available to see what they'd be like on your car!
