Direct Line Had my car 80 day and countin

   After hand delivering a letter to the Chief Exec of Direct Line this lunch time, my car will be taken to main dealer BMW to be thourally checked out.
Direct Line / Nationwide Croydon have had my car in their possension for 80 days (since 26th Nov 2002)
Whilst being "repaired" the first paint job Failed a Quailty inspection and had to be redone. Then my car aqquired additional damage which had to be repaired
I've so far had 2 definate return dates, 3 maybe's and i currently havegot a clue as to when im getting it back.
I was also told that the contract between Direct Line & Nationwide (not sure if it was just Croydon) was being torn up and trown in the bin, too many complaint.
