	Good on them. Given that the cost of replacing an airbag on a 1999 3er will cost more than the car is worth they must be nervous about it. Not just BMWs but any vehicle with an airbag.... What are the chances of a 15 year old air bag still being able to deploy as designed? Will the material have degraded? Will the explosives at that age still work? You will hopefuly never need to find out. The plastics on my car at 10 years old are starting to show their age.....never mind 15 years old.

	Have they had your details before now? It's taking them quite some time to roll it out if it is a big issue!
