Crafted under the BMW Individual programme with parts used for racing homologation, there are only 31/50 of these special edition cars left on UK roads (3 have been dedicated to track use and I have yet to find the other 16 in 5 years of running the M3 GT Register).

For many, the M3 GT represents the ultimate E36 M3 and this undoubtedly goes some way to explaining the care and attention this car has received from its owners. As a result the car is in superb condition - I won't use terms such as 'mint' or 'concours' in this context as they have such widely varying meaning to enthusiasts; suffice to say I am very proud of this GT's condition and I hope the pictures convey the attention that has been lavished on it.

GTs have been seen much less freqently on the market since 2010 and good, clean E36 M3s are becoming harder to find so this is a rare opportunity to get your hands on one of the best. With a new clutch (03/08), refreshed suspension (08/09), aircon compressor (04/10) and new exhaust (07/10) the big ticket items have been dealt with using either OEM or quality 3rd party parts.

First registered in August 1995, this car has 125,000 miles on the clock, a full service history and is MoT'd until July 2011. There are 3 green lights left until the next service which is an Oil Service.

In my ownership it has been a regular attendee at BMWCC events, particularly in Scotland, but also at the Gaydon BMWCC National event. It attracts a great deal of positive comment from aficionados and general show attendees alike.

Full information and pictures

The car can be viewed in the greater Glasgow area and possibly further afield by arrangement. PM for more details.
