Old car guy here. Can anyone help me with wiring diagram up in the headlight area. My 2001 525i  model is a project someone started. I just removed the zion headlights that he attempted to repair. Oh boy I have my work cut out for me. There was a group of wires on the driver's  side. Two brown, one blue, and one yellow in one plug and no where to plug them in. I just wonder if I am missing a part that was not reistalled or I am just going blind. If you know of any download or where the best info to purchase, let me know. Thanks for your help.

I think I have a link to online wiring diagrams on the pc at home.  Will try and remember to dig it out.

You might be worthwhile investing in a BMW TIS/ETK/WDS CD Rom from ebay.  ~£10 and that's thru your letter box.

This is like a computer based version of a Haynes Manual, although it is much better.  TIS is the Haynes manual bit, step by step diagrams with torque wrench settings.  ETK is parts and the WDS is the wiring diagrams part.

Be exclusive and drive a Petrol 5 Series!
