It's true. Us larger gents with a jolly disposition and a beard definitelty feel the need to give stuff away at this time of year.
This has been the elves' workhorse for a few years now and even though they've only used it on one night each year, it's Mot'd until June. Unbelievably, the pikey wee bar stewards have managed to clock up 160 odd thousand miles in it. Anybody would think they drove it round the world once a year! Christ alone knows how they managed it. It has the obligatory bump and dent here and there - some of these chimneys are a bugger to park at - and there are a couple of miniscule bits of rust - one arch and the bootlid in particular where Blitzen got his antlers jammed after one particularly painful trip to a big house in Cheshire. It's just had a wheel bearing, a catalytic convertor, and a couple of tyres. It's manual and everything works and it drives perfectly. It had a new clutch in February after last year's gruelling delivery run. That's the last time Stumpy gets to drive. So with all these new bits, it'll be fine for many thousands of miles yet. I was going to get them one with leather interior, but the reindeer objected, so it's got velour interior instead. Must go before Christmas - space needed for 288 gross of Go Fecking Go Toy hamsters due to arrive on Monday. I can fling it on my sleigh and deliver it if required. £950 ono. A lot of reliable comfortable car for the money. Usual P/Xs considered. Edited by m3Cecotto |
