Guys needing a BMW dealers in the central belt who are familiar with M5s for some servicing and warranty work. I could take to Inverness Calderton but I'm afraid that they aren't so familiar with M cars. Have heard good and bad things about Glasgow. Was thinking about Stirling though.

All opinions greatly welcomed

Thanks

Finnie

BM motors in Law?

There is an indy in Govan/Ibrox area but haven't heard much about him other than when he opened up, don't even know if he is still there.

BMW dealers in Glasgow, well I can only recommend Harry Faribairn in the Southside.  Not sure about their experience of M cars but being in that part of the world I would imagine they have certainly sold a few.  They have always been very helpful to me.  I found they talked to me not at me (unlike the old Henry Bros staff) and listened to me when I described faults.

I would stay well clear from Douglas Park for obvious reasons....

If its Warranty work then I'd try Menzies in Stirling! And couldn't fault Harry Faribairn either as Andrew has said they are a good bunch!

E46 328ci now sold :(

Pheonix have always ALWAYS been fair with me ... even when I pointed out the error in their ways on a bump strip price issue ..lol

Nice and fair and recognise the car club discount card too

I can Agree with Haggis, Pheonix seem to be pretty good, I've used them for both my bm's & there well versed in M's. They seem to have an M in when ever I visit them.

If your really keen they have a brand new E92 in the show room in daker yellow, ask them if you can take it for a test drive, perfect for passing some time while yours is in the shop

But as with every garage there always worth the watching

Good luck

I got into trouble for bringing that up earlier in the year so I didn't bring it up this time

Pheonix in Kirkcaldy. I travel from Falkirk to use them,
avoiding Menzies and the city Dealers has always been good
to me, especially with Warranty work.

Good luck Finney, how you getting on anyway? Who you
working for now?

I know Andrew has had issues with Douglas Park in Glasgow
but,I've been using Douglas Park @ Hillington Industrial
estate (Off the M8 near Breahead)and I cannot fault them in
any way.

They have never let me down in any way shape or
form.Warranty work has been 100%,service 100% and when
acting on my behalf with goodwill applications to BMW they
have exceeded my expectations everytime.
