hi there, i bought a bmw 325 td m reg the other day and it won't start, the starter motor is just clicking but the battery is fine. my brother tells me i need to tap the solonoid on the starter motor with a hammer but i can't find the starter motor - HELP!!!

Welcome to the forum & congrats on the purchase.
IIRC the started should be on the right side of the engine (as you are looking from the front). See this... |
