I've finally joined this forum having been pointed in it's direction from the BMWCC forum (Thanks Muppet 2 ) Certanly seems a bit busier here.

I joined the BMWCC forum here  http://www.bmwcarclubforum.co.uk/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=3 351  using my Sunday name but i've signed up here as plain old Ham as i'm more used to it and have been answering to it for the best part of 25 years (Long Story)

As the link shows i'm the proud owner of a 1999 328i Sport that i travelled to Essex for after looking for one for a year. Apart from uprated brakes and a slight drop on the Suspension it is as BMW made it and it is in excellent nick with the previous owner being a keen detailer. Keeping it that way is the only goal i've set myself at the moment but some subtle underbonnet mods might be considered over time. It won't be my daily drive  (I have a passat for the hard work) but it will get plenty use especially in the summer, and i'm looking forward to going to a few meets and meeting other owners and their BMW's. (Starting with Scone on Sunday all being well)
