Hey guys,

I have a bmw 2002, automatic, and would like to convert it to a manual 5 speed, what parts to i EXACTLY need to do the conversion and how hard do you's rekon it is?

You need E21 5 speed with speedo pickup in the gearbox, the front half of the e21 prop shaft to graft onto the 02 one, you also need to shorten the prop shaft, the pedal box assembly and a clutch slave + Master cylinder. Oh and a Manual flywheel and clutch.

how hard is it, do i need to make any new holes or cut of the chassis etc?

Its not a terrible job if you can get the bits 5 speeds are increasingly rare and getting expensive as a result but it can take a while to do.

Jaymic do a kit with the shortened propshaft and modified mountings below is a decription that is on an American site, as far as I know the Gearbox tunnel on the Autos is wider and it is a bit easier to squeze the five speed in. Also the haynes manual has a chapter devoted to the five speed conversion.
