Seems to vary. Probably £300 would be OK for a less than immaculate set and cheap for a good set. JudgeBaxter was looking for £550ish for a set that were newly refurbed. Not sure if they are still available. |

Hi there, Mine are now sold and were collected a couple of weeks ago. As a guide, I got £475 for mine, but that was with two centre caps missing which would/will have cost about £60 to replace with new ones. A PROPER refurb will set you back between £150 and £200, so I'd personally say £250/300 for a marked or scuffed (but straight) set needing a refurb, £350/400 for a good clean set with a few minor marks, and £500/£550 for a mint/just refurbed set with all the centre caps etc. The only set I have left from my hoard (apart from the ones that are on the car) are another set of 16" OEM that I had refurbed like Cecotto rims i.e. diamond cut/silver lips with black spokes and centres. I had another set of Cecotto style ones that I sold on a few months back, but kept these ones after they came back from the refurbers as they came out truly *MINT*. They've never been fitted since being refurbed and have recently been fitted with new Toyo Proxe T1-Rs (never been round still with labels on, etc. etc.). If you were really desperate and wanted a set in the Cecotto style, then I may be persuaded to part with them, but to be honest, I would be charging a significant premium to let them go and, although 16" rims don't come along very often, if you can wait for another set, I would pretty much guarantee that they would come out cheaper than what I would want in order to part with these. Probably academic as you probably don't want Cecotto style ones, but thought I'd mention it. The above probably sounds a bit weird - not meant that way though and to try to explain the situation - I've been "saving" this set for a special occasion and/or for when the car gets sold.......hence I'm reluctant to part with them for anything less than tip-top money. Anyway, good hunting and Best Regards, David. |

there's the option of fitting E38 rims in 8x16 ET23.
Look almost the same and are much cheaper to get hold off. Might foul the rattle clips on the front with brand new pads. But with ET23 you can easily fit a thin spacer without messing things up too much. |

As original E30 M3 16" appear to be rarer than rocking-horse-po they go for silly prices if you can find any |

They are the same front and rear. 8x16 ET35 with 225/45x16 Goodyear F1s. In my sig photo the fronts have 15mm spacers (to clear the strut) and the rears don't have any. The rears will take the 15mm spacer without fouling the arches. They are one piece rims designed ideally for the E36 3 series. If they are of any interest I may be persuaded to sell them. However, I would need proper money for them as I bought them new direct from AC Schnitzer in Aachen (still have the original boxes and packing etc) within the last few years. They have only been used on my M3 (not my daily driver) and have done less than 5,000 miles. They are pretty much immaculate.
