WTD - Stereo

   Bought a 330d sport with tape deck and 6 disk changer in the boot. 

Would really like upfront cd as the missus no happy about getting into the boot to change disk.

Either the in dash stereo or the mad satnav/tv unit with the gubbings to make it go. Was looking at Alpine in dash dvd players but this would require stereo surround and don't really like those.
