Heard over the weekend that this is a good upgrade used as a quick shift? Has anyone done this before?

1990 BMW E30 M3

Yep! Easy-Peasy - If I can do it, anyone can!

Just remember to replace all the linkage bits and pieces as well, otherwise it will be all sloppy.
