We drooled over that as well Dunc! I also like his colour as well is quite stealthish dark grey, don't know whether he'd get any help if he contacted BMW (UK) on how many were painted that colour

Mine was even rarer.. as it wasn't there

Nice colour tho' Vulcan Grey - can't say I've seen another one that colour.

no its not metallic and it says under the bonnet vulc grey with the code 259 on.

but then I also like the 'primer' grey that Audi use - especially on the Murcielago LP640.

Because it isn't a very common colour. Is it metallic? I can't tell from the picture. I have seen a couple of early E36s in a none metallic mid grey before, which may be the same as yours. Not a colour I would have chosen though.

Ady - if you look at the colour badge in the engine bay, what is the name of the colour there and does it indicate it might be an "individual" colour?
