Seeing as there are so many of you in the North East region, how about making the National Railway Museum/Yorkshire Wheel a meet-up destination?

Last weekend there was a meet-up of Morris Minor owners there and they got special rates for the wheel and its free to get into the train museum anyway...

Its within walking distance of Rhys and I too, so it would be a good chance for those of us who don't always get the chance to meet up with the rest of the hooligans cos of transport/finances to have a bit of a get together.

What ya think?

Plenty of pubs Stu, and only a short walk into town (more pubs, and shops for the ladies)

Parking is a pain as the liberals seem to be anti-car.

After that, Scarboro', Filey, Brid' etc. are only a short trip away.

Any ideas?

There are parking facilities at the museum for extras going to the wheel and they will allow club meets there, such as the moggies last weekend to use the staff parking areas for free or nominal fee.

I asked them
