Hello All,
I was trawling through a few threads on this forum and saw the problem one member had with a garage damaging their car, whilst it was in their care.
I noted that there was a comment that it wouldn't be worth the cost of gaining professional legal advice...
Well - this isn't the case. I am presently a quality and performance consultant for the OFT, working on the Consumer Direct Central Management Team.
Consumer Direct is a government funded legal advice line (08454 040506) offering civil legal advice at the cost of 4p per minute. The advice is of a good standard (I trained a lot of the advisers!) and is an initial contact point for Trading Standards, should a matter need to be taken further.
Thought you all might like to know...?
