    Posted: 05-January-2006 at 06:04
During these dark winter months it would be nice to arrange a Sunday
lunch meeting at a pub that has decent grub. I used to attend the
Bournemouth area BMWCC and E30 Zone meets and they were very well
attended.

Is anyone interested in a Sunday lunchtime meet in Yorkshire/Derbyshire/
Notts? I'm not fussy where it is, although central to the region would
make sense.

Just a thought.

My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with a girl who saw Ferris pass-out at 31 Flavours last night. I guess it's pretty serious.

Good Idea. Needs to be North Yorkshire / Cleveland or further North for me.

Have a word with Howard Walker.. I am sure he mentioned something about North Notts.. the place we used to use was at Gunthorpe on the banks of the River Trent.. but I can't remember what the pub was called.. We used to have some good meetings there.

We had a meet in Gunthorpe in November, but only a few turned up.

I'm open to suggestions as to where and when we meet during the next year, as the program has yet to be planned. How about coming to the meet at the Fox and Grapes pub on Saturday 4th February, 11.30 am when all this will be discussed prior to lunch and a run out?
This is on the A64 Leeds to York road, about a mile west of the A1M.
