I have a reconditioned unit I was keeping as a spare (for my M3 3.0 1995), if it will help you out to sell it on PM me. Mine is for a saloon but I am 99.9% sure the coupes take the same driveshaft.

There's a company in Glasgow that breaks Bm's and recently broke an E36 M3 and M Roadster worth giving them a call. Pretty sure they do mail order Telephone M Tek on 0141 647 4525
