Hi,

I've just joined the forum so thought I would post a topic to say G'Day - I am from Australia, but have been over here in Dublin for around 3 years.  Have actually just bought Eamo's 325i Sport from and was thinking about joining the club and attending a few events.

The car seems good - Eamo has obviously spent plenty of cash bringing everything up to scratch.  Of course, now is the time when any problems that I did not see originally will come up - no worries though Eamo - "Caveat Emptor" and all that!

My new purchase now means that I have to get rid of my old car - was wondering if anyone out there would be interested - details as follows

- 1988 325i - Diamond Black - 140k on the clock
- It is not a Sport but has the optional Sport Interior and 3.91 LSD - 635csi stripes look cool as well
- Comes with 5 (yes 5) 15 inch BBS Crosspokes - inc. 4 brand new Michelin Pilots
- Recent (2k ago) full head recondition - due to blown gasket
- Scorpion exhuast
- Slightly lowered, could do with new shocks and mounts though
- Has some problems - will need the following work for NCT
    - both sills need repacing (rust)
    - new steering rack
    - sump gasket oil leak
- Due to these problems and the fact I am looking to get rid of it quickly, am lookng for offers around EUR1500
- Would make a great project for someone - just the Interior and wheels/tyres alone are worth almost a grand as parts

Cheers,

G'Day Crispin

Hope your enjoying the car and welcome to the club.  You'll find a lot of nice people around who are only too happy to give advice.

Best of luck with the car!
