Clunking Noises!

   Morning All,

I have noticed a 'Clunking' noises coming from the 'box.

Its when you Kik it down one gear, sometimes more. The car 

then goes into 5th, settles down, and then yo hear a 'Clunk!!'

Its like something is falling out of the'box or car.

Any ideas?
