I just had my M coupe S50 on the rollers, 306bhp and 278lbft.. I have been told they dont make 321bhp??? Anybody have any experience of this??????

Sounds normal. Infact, you probably have a bit more than most. Your average M3 Evo usually makes around 295-300bhp.

I thought the M Coupe was only quoted as having 315bhp due to different exhaust length or something.

I agree, sounds like a good 'un! The guys on my RR day didn't make anywhere near that.

on the S54 unit, as fitted to the E46 M3 you should see 345? bhp, however due to the lack of exhaust length (so they say) when fitted in the breadvan and roadster they are meant to have 325.

The factory did get 321 though I believe they were using special fuel. Same scenario with Jap imprezas that put out 280 on 100 ron, nut only about 260-265 in UK on 95-98
