I have a chance to own my brothers girlfriends. I'm  wondering what you guys think it's worth.

F plate, 318i Cabriolet, metallic grey, 118k, needs two rear tyres, leaks brake fluid - brakes work fine with regular top ups, reasonable hood - perspex is cracked, needs new drivers seat, fuel pump Aug 01, Head gasket, timing belt + new radiator Aug 02, new fuel injection system 1997. Alarmed and immob. Might've been serviced...............every so often.

So what's she worth ???

The brake leak would probably be a rear wheel cylinder which is a cheap fix if you're mechanically minded - if you can get it cheap would be good for these warm days

I'll get some pics at the weekend hopefully, but I'm hoping that all the stuff I've listed in the first post is accurate. It's a good 3.5 hour journey home so it'll be a good test.

I've booked her in for an oil and filter before the journey.

Fingers crossed lads.

Made it the odd 200 miles home. Just. My bro told me it had a brake fluid leak. It wasn't, it was clutch fluid !!!!! Still made it home with an empty reservoir though. Will post the pics tomorrow. It smells of horses inside, but I've had the roof down to try and air it.

Good mate, still pulls really well. It had a few judders yesterday though - gonna stick a new set of plugs and leads on it though, see if that helps - but generally it does seem OK.

Needs a good service all round I reckon, but it does seem sound.

Looks nice goose.

It is a baur tc convertible which i prefer to the standard bmw offering as it looks a little different.

Nice colour too....

Look forward to seeing it at one of the meets.

Enjoy your new wheels
