The good news, had to buy a new suspension leg as used sources came up nil - still BMWGB had one in stock and my garage is mighty impressed with BM pasrts availability especially for the older models.

The bad news; the o/s/f ABS sensor is n/w. It looks OK, but must have internal damage from being removed and refitted. �70+ new. Not in stock in UK, BMWAG have stock and would probably have it by Wednesday next.

Just a long shot; does anyone have a known working one that they could let me have for a small price?

More good news, the car was road tested and they were amazed at the speed achieved and 'how well she went'.
