I want to replace the existing exhaust system from the front pipes back.

Any know who I can go to in Ireland to source the exhaust?

I was thinking perhaps a supersprint or scorpion or a powerflow?

Has any one got any opinions on this matter?

Where could I get a custom jobbie made up?

Opinions are most welcome!!!

Supersprint have a fantastic reputation, so I'd go for one of them if I were you - they're probably the most expensive though. Scorpion are a quality exhaust, but will be fairly noisy. I'd avoid Powerflow if I were you though - sometimes the exhaust they fit is good, sometimes its crap - all depends on whos fitting it. I know a lad with a Powerflow exhaust on a Civic - it sticks out about 8 inchs from the rear bumper and faces into the ground, looks like someone stood on it.

A useful alternative is an exhaust from Cooks Ferry - I got a stainless steel CAT back exhaust from them, which is a copy of a Supersprint. It was cheap enough, looks the part, sounds the part, and had some decent power gains too...

ouch...

I paid STG£170 for my exhaust... I presume the system you're quoted on is similar. I'd check a few places first - try BMHeaven.co.uk or Cooksferry.com

I would second the comment about BMHeaven - Paul is a top guy who is 100% trustworthy and never sells anything he has not got full confidence in. Scorpion no thanks - full time noise - A unique sound is the Hartge system, but I am biased !!!

The mongoose i've found to be very good, quiet when your not giving it, and lets out a lovely roar as you put your foor down.

Paul

The mongoose sounds tempting alright

But I have never heard of any 325 sports with it - it seems to me that 325 owners go for scorpion, supersprint or powerflow.

Have you had personal exp of the mongoose?? If so please tell all!!!
