Cadwell Yesterday - Thanks Guys

   Just a quick note to the organisers of the Better Driving Day at Cadwell yesterday to express my thanks for the day.
Despite the weather (Better Driving Rain?) and a couple of 'offs' (hope everyone is okay particularly the bikers) I thoroughly enjoyed the track once again.
Some other points I'd like to make and would welcome the opinion of others.
1. Good to have views over what we want and how much we would be prepared to pay for BDDs or Trackdays.  Also good to understand the difficulty and issues facing the organiisers. So thanks Waddo, we appreciated the consultation and insight
2. What a great idea to have a 2 minute reminder briefing after lunch.  We all know this is the most dangerous time and it was eminently sensible to include this briefing
3. Having a heel/toe coaching session after lunch - another top idea - if we can have a different session like this everytime wewill all benefit from the skills of the more experienced (elder???) in the club
4. Asking members who have driven the track before to Take first timers (to better driving days or just this particular track) out in their cars as passengers in the first Duck and Drakes session. Another great idea which helps pass on any tips, gets interaction with first timers and die hards so we make relationships and ensure no-one is intimidated, and gives newcomers that little bit of extra experience before driving solo.
In summary - some really thoughtful, club orientated approaches which I welcome. Thanks again to the organisers
Final thought - open pit lane Waddo - hope you can sort some out mate!
